1st ever ins plan in Malaysia yg cover mommy & baby frm preggy! Pru mmg take a big risk to cover baby in d womb. Usually ins for babies can only take paling cepat 2 weeks after baby is born. Now, mommy preggy 18 weeks (>more) can already take a protection & saving plan for d unborn baby…! Plus we cover the mommy also!

Takafulink plan is a plan for both adult & children. Takaful Health is the medical card that can be attached to the Takafulink plan. Get it?


The best thing of being attached to the Takafulink plan is that, if the policy holder is diagnosed with the 36 critical illness (either one), the whole plan (including the medical card!) is FOC for life - meaning all the benefits that you have taken up in the Takafulink policy is free, no more contribution to the PruBSN Takaful BUT PruBSN Takaful will contribute for you every year till maturity.. your future saving is secured PLUS your medical bills also secured… Good? Great rite? :)

Takafulink plan is a very comprehensive plan which consists of so many types of benefits depending on the client needs. Of course the basic benefits are:

Takaful Health Medical Card

Takaful Health is the latest medical card from PruBSN Takaful Bhd. Anyone between the age nb1-nb60 are entitled to take up the plan.

There are a few options of plans that can be taken up, plan TH100, TH150, TH200, TH300 & TH400.

Our current Takaful Health medical card has a No Claim Bonus (NCB) which means that if no claims were made within that year, a sum of bonus will be payable to the policyholder account (for that year). The NCB depends on which plan of Takaful Health that you take.

As u can see from the plans option above, our lifetime limit has also increased. Even the minimum plan lifetime limit is 1/2 million! And the maximum limit is 1.5 million! Fantastic!

We can say that this card is actually a medical bill ‘prepaid card’. When u have that card, we have inserted AT LEAST RM500,000 worth of medical bill that you can used in your lifetime. True? Definitely!

For those who are working & the medical bills are covered by the company, i congratulate you! Its very good for u! But its not wrong for u to have a personal medical card for your own, why?

1) Currently you are healthy & working with the company, what IF suddenly you fell ill.. and you cannot work anymore.. of course the company covered, but for hw long will the company wants to cover & keep you as an employee? What about your medical limit? Do u knw hw much is your medical/surgical limit your company provided? Let’s say your limit is RM 20,000… suddenly you have to undergo an operation which costs RM 40,000… the balance of the bills? Deduct your salary monthly? For hw long? Do u knw that if u have a medical ins you can claim the medical balance frm your medical ins plan?

2) You work until you retire.. alhamdulillah, u r well & healthy while u r working.. but after retired, you don’t have any medical insurance, right? And illnesses MAY come as we get older correct? You still can take up a policy provided you are still HEALTHY… and you still CAN AFFORD the premium.. when you take a plan early, the premium is actually lower PLUS you get more benefits… but the big question is, are your health condition permits u to take up a plan at that age.. 55? 58? 60? As u can see we also covers during maternitypregnancy complications (no.8) & infant congenital diseases (no. 9).

The premium? Very affordable.. My age, the max amount is only RM100+.. tu max.. klau min..? around RM50+- per month.. but it all depends on how much coverage u want.. a very very good yet affordable plan.. kan?

Insurance/Takaful sebagai Harta Pusaka?

Bagaimana menjadikan insurance/takaful plan anda sebagai harta pusaka? Do u know that insurance/takaful adalah salah satu instrumen yg kita boleh jadikan sbg aset/harta yg boleh ditinggalkan untuk anak bini kita.. Bukan semata2 rumah, shop lot, $$ investment, tanah, ASB, FD dll je dikategorikan sbg harta, tetapi insurance/takaful juga adalah harta anda! Believe it? Let me explain why & how.

Apabila meninggal dunia, do u knw that only RM10,000 & kebawah amount of cash money yg bole di-release-kan oleh bank pada pewaris? If u have more than RM10,000 in the bank/FD/ASB dsb, balance akan dibekukan (apabila meninggal dunia), & hutang2 bulanan anda (klau dlm bank/ASB/FD more than tht meaning u hv more commitments rite) waris terpaksa uruskan.. betul? Untuk me-release-kan amount yg selebihnya, terpaksalah anda berurusan dgn badan2 yg bertanggungjawab… Amanah Raya Berhad/AsSalihin Trustee.. Pejabat Tanah dsb.. paling cepat bole release (klau ada wasiat) maybe more than 6months? or more? Klau xde wasiat mungkin bertahun2…. Lagi banyak harta lagi laa lama nk settle sbb.. waris2 mungkin berebutkan bahagian masing2… Lumrah dunia… Ini termasuklah harta2 lain spt rumah, tanah dsb. Jadi, sementara itu bgmana waris anda nk survive?? Bank, lawyers.. sume dh bising minta hutang dilangsaikan… Kesian waris terpaksa pening kepala cari jalan bgmana nk settle kan all the debts…. Salah satu tanggungjawab kita yg masih hidup adalah memastikan waris yg kita tinggalkan berada dlm kdn yg selesa.. Bukan dlm keadaan yg meminta2…

Sebenarnya cash money yg paling cepat adalah duit drp insurance/takaful & juga EPF… Sbb itulah setiap polisi ins/takaful & EPF perlu kita letakkan penama/pemegang amanah yg sepatutnya.. Jika tiada apa2 masalah, kurang dr sebulan waris boleh menerima cek insurance/takaful berbanding waris perlu tunggu berbulan2 & bertahun2 utk menikmati harta2 yg lain spt duit dlm ASB/UT/FD… itupun klau tiada waris2 lain yg contest pembahagian harta……… klau x lagi la lama harta tu terperap kt ARB.. sbb tu ada more than RM40b harta xdiselesaikan di ARB (Amanah Raya Berhad)..

Kebanyakan drp kita adalah golongan sederhana.. esp yg muda2, yg baru kerja.. ‘aku mana ada harta, buat apa nk buat wasiat’.. ‘rumah pun sewa je’.. ‘mana ada duit nk beli rumah, rumah skang mahal la, xmampu’ , blablabla.. jadi sekarang, kenapa tidak mengambil insurance/takaful & jadikan ia sbg salah satu harta pusaka anda? Pada masa yg sama, insurance/takaful adalah jauh lebih murah&affordable jika dibandingkan nk beli rumah yg RM700,000.. Untuk umur 30-an, aset anda RM700,000, anda hanya perlu simpan tidak lebih drp RM300 sebulan! Cuba bandingkan, anda nk beli rumah yg RM700,000 kena byr brape sebulan?? Cuba fikir2 kan… Setidak2 nya, sekiranya berlaku apa2 pada diri anda, anda telah tinggalkan satu legasi untuk keluarga anda..

Jangan sekat pemikiran kita dgn satu hala pemikiran sahaja… Broaden your perspective way of thinking.. Tambahkan ilmu.. Jangan mudah dengar & terima apa org kata tetapi fikirkan sendiri & cuba research about it.. Kita mahukan rakyat kita, sebangsa, lebih maju & lebih matang dlm cara berfikir.. Lebih berkemampuan.. supaya kita dapat mendidik anak2 kita untuk masa hadapan.. Ala, kita tinggalkan bukan utk org lain, tetapi darah daging kita juga.. Waris kita..

Pru My Child - Health and Education Insurance for Children...

Just to share with all of u the costs of our children’s future education needs. Our children’s future education is OUR responsibility! Not the gov responsibility.. If u r thinking that, ‘takpela, PTPTN @ PTPTipu (some ppls said :p) kan ada.. bole buat pinjaman…’ or ‘kan ada SSPN’ <– can save as low as RM20 per deposit.. what? if u save rm20 per month then after 10-20 years of saving, hw much only u’ll have??(RM20x12 months)x20 years = RM4800! only :p )

Also please aware that SSPN is – memudahkan anak anda membuat pinjaman dgn PTPTN… as frm my experience, if possible, jgnla buat pinjaman dgn PTPTN… klau nak pinjam gak, cari la alternatif lain selain PTPTN….. MARA ker, JPA ker tu pun klau diaorg still nk offer… senang cite make sure ur children top scorer, hmmm nowadays cannot jz top scorer, kena be the best of the best cz so many intelligent, excellent kids.. sgt2 pandai.. competition is high..

What is the problem tht we cannot save abit for our children starts frm nw…. tudung baru bole beli every month.. baju baru… makan sana, makan sini… all spend spend spend… but to save4ur own good..? Not a priority.. that is the problem. Not about budget but about managing ur financial & prioritize which is which. If u have rm50 now in ur hands, believe me, sekejap lagi dh habis.. what did u buy? Hmmm…
